Due to hygiene standards, intimate apparel must remain in its sealed, original state to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items for hygiene compliance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
